Montagno Construction was general contractor for the new construction of this 90-bed, HUD
funded, $7,000,000 (current value $11,000,000) skilled nursing facility. The site required extensive work including construction of a pump station and water treatment plant, as there are no public water or sewer lines in this remote area.

Residents of this healthcare facility enjoy tranquil green color palate on the first floor and rich blues on the second with quiet reading solariums at the end of each hall, plus access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities.
