Meadow Ridge Common Areas & Restaurant

Montagno Construction completed a major renovation in this occupied assisted living facility. We renovated the main entrance lobby, hallways, and meeting rooms, repainted their spectacular central atrium, and completely remodeled their upscale on-site restaurant. 

Our restaurant work involved Interior excavation to lay new under-slab utilities for the commercial kitchen’s new layout. The dining area features high end wood ceiling beams, intricate ceramic tile flooring, and designer banquettes.

In the lobby, we installed $50,000 designer glass mirrors, new carpeting, flooring, molding, windows, light fixtures, and more.
