Carriage Manor

Montagno Construction was general contractor for an addition and renovation of this 15,000 sf residential care facility. The addition was built with historical detailing, while adding conveniences such as the building’s first ever elevator, a spa room, a salon, and a sky lighted atrium that transitions from the original 19th century mansion to the new addition.

We renovated the facility kitchen, replaced all windows and the entire roof, and upgraded the generator. Privately funded, the total project cost was $2,900,000.
