Jefferson House

Our work at The Jefferson House involved the expansion and renovation of an existing skilled nursing facility. After the 5,000 square foot addition was constructed, we renovated the connecting wing.

Our scope included oversight of the installation of new electric service, new gas service, and the relocation of the water service. The work was completed in under a year for just over $2,000,000.

Although the project was not subject to sustainability design mandates, Montagno Construction suggested energy savings ideas in both lighting and HVAC systems.
