Montagno Construction was general contractor for the construction of the new 10,000 sf Arts and Technology wing of this active parochial high school. The school was occupied and operational throughout construction.

The new wing features 4 classrooms dedicated to painting, pottery, sculpture, and crafts, and 4 classrooms dedicated to computer technology. The most striking feature is the sky-lit gallery showcasing the student artwork and serving as a gathering and meditation area.

Montagno Construction completed construction of this 5-unit low- and moderate-income affordable multifamily housing in Kent, CT.

Built to Energy Star standards, these apartments also boast a solar panels to help moderate utility costs for the residents. The multi-storied homes also boast 2-car garages.

The project was funded by CHFA and DOH with CHRO requirements.

Luvata

Luvata is a world leader in metal solutions manufacturing and related engineering services, providing problem-solving products to industries such as renewable energy, power generation, automotive, medicine, air-conditioning, industrial refrigeration, and consumer products.

Montagno Construction was hired by the City of Waterbury to build a 2-story, 14,000 sf shell office space for Luvata on a city-owned, federally registered brownfield. The foundation required 74, 40-foot deep micropiles. We also oversaw construction of the entire building envelope, all roof top units, in-floor mechanicals, and stub-ups for mechanicals and plumbing.

At a cost of approximately $3,000,000, we completed this project in less than a year.
